By creating an account or using Wapo (the “Service”), operated by ANUOLU, L.L.C., you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Wapo is a personal organization tool that uses AI to help you manage tasks, reminders, notes, calendar events, and uploaded documents. Features may change over time.

• You must be at least 13 years old.
• Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Provide accurate information; do not impersonate others.

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, infringing, or abusive content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service.
• Use the Service to build a competing product.

You retain all rights to content you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content for the sole purpose of operating the Service for you.

The Service uses third-party AI models to generate suggestions, summaries, and responses. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete — verify anything you rely on. See our AI Use Disclosure.

The current Service is offered as a preview. Paid plans and pricing will be introduced with additional terms; you will be given advance notice before any charge.

You may delete your account at any time from Account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANUOLU, L.L.C. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
