Privacy Policy

Last updated July 2026

Draft — pending legal review. This document describes Wapo’s current practices in plain language. It has not yet been reviewed by counsel and must not be treated as final legal terms before public release.

1. Overview

Wapo, operated by ANUOLU, L.L.C. (“we”, “us”), provides an AI-powered personal organization service. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use the service, how it is used, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information — email address, name, and password credentials managed through our authentication provider.
  • Content you provide — tasks, notes, reminders, calendar events, uploaded documents, and messages you send to the AI assistant.
  • Usage data — application events, error logs, and AI usage counters used for reliability and rate limiting.

3. How we use information

  • To operate features you actively use, such as organizing tasks and analyzing uploaded documents.
  • To secure the service, prevent abuse, and enforce fair-use limits.
  • To communicate service-related notices to you.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use the content you upload to train third-party models.

4. AI processing

When you upload a document or send a message to the assistant, we forward the relevant content to a third-party AI provider through the Lovable AI Gateway to generate a response. See our AI Use Disclosure for details.

5. Data storage and retention

Your content is stored in a hosted database and object storage service on your behalf. Deleting an item from the app removes it from active storage. Deleting your account removes your profile row and account credentials; residual backups may persist for a limited period consistent with our provider’s retention windows.

6. Your choices

  • Export a JSON copy of your data from Account settings.
  • Delete individual items at any time.
  • Delete your entire account from Account settings.

7. Security

Data in transit is protected by TLS. Access to your data is scoped by row-level security policies on our database. No system is perfectly secure — you are responsible for keeping your credentials safe.

8. Children

Wapo is not directed to children under 13.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be surfaced in-product before they take effect.
