Getting started
Five steps from first upload to hands-off follow-through.
Go to Upload and add a bill, letter, screenshot, or PDF. You can take a photo directly on your phone or pick several files at once.

The questions people ask in their first week.
PDFs, photos and screenshots (JPG, PNG, HEIC, WebP), and plain text files. Photos are read with text recognition, so a clear, well-lit picture gives the best result.
Known limitations
Where Wapo is still weak today. We'd rather tell you up front.
Handwriting
Printed text is read reliably; handwriting is hit and miss. Type the key details in a note if a handwritten page matters.
Very long documents
Documents beyond a few dozen pages are summarised from the most relevant sections rather than end to end.
Languages
English is fully supported. Other languages are usually readable, but summaries and suggestions may be weaker.
Connecting a Google account
Google connections are still being reviewed by Google, so access is limited to approved testers for now. If Google turns you away, nothing is wrong with your account — contact support with the reference shown on the screen and we'll add you.
Calendar sync
Wapo reads your Google Calendar and shows conflicts. Writing an event back to Google always asks you to confirm first, and Outlook is not supported yet.
Gmail
Gmail access is read-only. Wapo can understand your mail but can never send, reply to, label, or delete anything.
Email and SMS nudges
Notifications appear in Wapo. Email and push delivery are rolling out gradually.
Spreadsheets and slides
Excel, CSV, and PowerPoint files are not analysed yet. Export to PDF first.
Shared accounts
Wapo is single-user today. There are no shared workspaces or family accounts yet.

Tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. If it involves a specific document, include its title — please don’t paste sensitive contents into email.
